TablePro for teams
Share connections and saved queries with your team, without their passwords. Every seat gets Pro, and your company gets an invoice.
Seats and members
- A seat is one activated Mac. The buyer's Mac takes one too.
- The buyer invites teammates by email from their account. Each one gets a single-use code to enter in Settings > License.
- The owner and admins publish to the Team Library. Members use what is shared.
- Add or remove seats in your account at any time. The difference shows on your next invoice.
- Removing a teammate frees their seat and deletes what they published to the Team Library. Their Mac loses paid access at its next license check.
Price
$10 a seat a month, billed yearly: $120 a seat a year.
$12 a seat a month, billed monthly.
From 2 to 200 seats. 5 seats cost $600 a year.
Emails from Team customers are answered first, within one business day.
Team is a subscription; there is no one-time Team license.
Buying for a company
- Polar is the merchant of record: it takes the payment and calculates sales tax or VAT from your billing address.
- In Polar's customer portal you can add your company's name, VAT number and billing address to each invoice, then download it.
- A purchase can be refunded within 7 days, and each renewal within 7 days of its charge.

Your team's data
- Passwords are never sent to TablePro's server. The app removes them before publishing, and the server refuses anything that holds one.
- The Team Library keeps connection settings and saved queries on TablePro's server. Only Macs activated on your license can read them.
- If the plan ends, what was published stays on the server until you ask us to delete it.
