Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with TablePro. If it doesn't meet your expectations, most paid plans include a refund window. This page explains what's eligible and how the process works.

Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on your plan and billing cycle. The refund window starts from the date of your most recent payment.

Why Monthly Starter is excluded

The Starter Monthly plan is priced at $2.99/month. At this price point, processing refunds costs more than the subscription itself. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time and it will remain active until the end of the billing period.

How to request a refund

Send an email to [email protected] with your license key or purchase email. We'll process eligible refunds within 5 business days.

What happens after a refund

  • Your license is suspended immediately.
  • All machine activations are deactivated.
  • The app reverts to the Free plan with all core features intact.
  • Your data stays on your machine. Nothing is deleted.
